Bookworm

IF YOU GIVE A CHILD A BOOK…

If you give a child a book…
He will probably ask you to read it.

If you read the book for her…
She will ask you to read it again and again.

After you have read the book over and over…
He will ask for some props so he can act it out.

After you have gathered the props for her…
She will ask you to call her friends so she can put on a play.

After his friends arrive…
He will ask you to make popcorn and lemonade for his
performance.

After the show is over…
She will ask if her friends can sleep over.

When they are ready for bed…
He will ask you to read them his favorite story just one more time

And as you begin to read…
She will ask if she can read it with you...

 AND SHE WILL!
