Board Policies

The ICISD Board adopted its current set of policies (December 2020) using Clark-Hill PLC, for assistance in developing its bylaws and policies and keeping them updated as state and federal laws and regulations change. These are systematically updated on a biannual basis based on the recommendations from Clark Hill PLC.
